WALKING

Turn right out of the Roma Street Transit Centre. You can't miss us, our hostel is bright turquoise with white stripes, just 250 metres away.

BUS

All interstate buses arrive at Roma Street Transit Centre.

PLANE

Airport transfers are available, 'Coachtrans' bus can bring you to our door for$14 (one way). Alternatively, just look for the train on arrival and grab a ticket to Roma Street Station $14.50 (one way).

CAR

If you're driving, follow signs for the city centre and then Roma St Transit Centre. After the Transit Centre, look for the turquoise and white striped building 250mts on the left.

CHECK-IN POLICY

In the interests of security, all guests are required to produce government photo ID on check-in.
Persons wishing to stay in our backpacking dormitory accommodation are required to have with them, a full sized traveller’s backpack. A backpack is not required to stay in a single, twin or double room. Minimum age for dormitory check in is 18 years or older.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

Bookings will be held until 3 hours after the given arrival time, if you have not arrived after 3 hours, full payment for the entire booking will be charged to the credit card provided in order for us to hold the beds.

All bookings for travel services on this website are made with the travel services provider concerned and not with Hostelworld.com. Hostelworld.com only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. Hostelworld.com is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Persons wishing to cancel or change a booking must contact us via email to obtain a cancellation or booking change number.
7 days notice from the date of arrival will be required to change or cancel a booking with chill backpackers. Once inside this period cancellation will result in the entire booking being charged.
